Refund Policy

At LMJA Detailing, we pride ourselves on high-quality car detailing services. However, we understand that issues can arise. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. No Upfront Payments

We do not currently accept prepayments through the website. All payments are made in person after the service is complete unless otherwise agreed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or partial refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • If the service was not completed to the agreed standard

  • If we fail to attend an appointment without prior notice

  • If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice and have already made a prepayment (by special arrangement)

Refunds are not offered in cases where:

  • The client changes their mind after the service has been completed

  • Issues arise from pre-existing vehicle conditions or external factors beyond our control

3. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will work with you to find a reasonable solution, which may include a re-clean or partial refund.
